"Delivery took way too long"
The delivery felt like it took forever. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely told me anything useful, which made it even more frustrating. The order did finally show up, but by that point I was already annoyed. Not a great experience overall.

I tried using the website and it was annoying for me. The pages felt slow, and I had to click too many places just for finding basic stuff. The menu also wasn’t very clear, or maybe it was just not where I expected it to be. After a while I just gave up. Not really a good shopping experience for me.

"Refund process was a real headache"
The return was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I sent a few emails, but the replies came back really slowly, sometimes days later, and the refund took much longer than the timeframe they originally gave me. I kept checking my inbox and my bank account, which just got annoying after a while. It felt like I had to keep chasing them for even basic updates. I won’t be ordering again because returns shouldn’t be this stressful.

"I reached out hoping for at least..."
I reached out hoping for at least a little help, but they didn’t really do anything. it felt like customer service just brushed it off and left me stuck dealing with it myself

"Pretty frustrated with the wrong size"
I was kind of annoyed when my order showed up with the wrong size. I reached out to support, but so far nothing has really been fixed, which just made the whole thing more frustrating.

I’m not happy with this. The quality feels really cheap, and it’s frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything special, just something decent that matched what was expected. Feels like even that basic request was ignored

"Not worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I ended up getting. The whole experience was underwhelming, and to make it worse, I wasn’t even sure what I was supposed to do next because the instructions and follow-up were so unclear. Definitely didn’t feel worth the price.
